Cancellation/Rescheduling of Appointments

A minimum of 24-hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling appointments. This enables us time to re-allocate the session to another client.

Cancellations within 24 hrs, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will be invoiced 100% of the appointment booked. If the appointment was prepaid, no refund will be available and that session will be forfeited.

Reminders are sent via email and text.

All consultations are held within working hours. Any consultations required outside of normal working hours will be invoiced at double the 45-minute Naturopathic consultation rate.

We appreciate your consideration of our time and will express the same consideration for yours.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances that I need to reschedule an appointment, every effort will be made to accommodate your needs to re-book, or a full refund of that appointment will be provided.
